Our Story
Sometimes you have to take a chance...
When Diamond decided to open her own consulting business, she was fresh out of another Director position that didn't quite fit. She had moved to Oregon with hopes of establishing fantastic partnerships within the nonprofit sector. After years of non-profit and education work, she did not find an organization that was quite the right fit for her. So, she decided to pivot. While she held skills in different areas, she thrived in recruitment, retention and training. She then decided that she would take the risk and offer her services on a larger scale. Thus, Diamond's Desk was born!
With the development of her own consulting firm, she could offer insight for budding businesses and offer realistic consulting plans and options for her community. Thus allowing her to continue honing her skills, in a space with great creativity! She is focused on adding the human touch needed in many organizations and hopes she can work with you too! She has surrounded herself with experts from various fields who also want to support their community and offer their skills on the ground floor.

We are a remote first company with a team across the country! That means that your primary communication will be online or via phone, depending on your needs. For certain projects, we can coordinate for the respective team member to come connect! If you are interested in working with us, please fill out our in-take form.
